For the most efficient service through our national help desk, we ask that all customers
log their support requests with our online system. The easiest way to do this is emailing
support@mtdata.com.au; users will receive a case number which we can use in reference to the
issue.

Since operations begun in 1924, Yellow Cabs; Brisbane’s largest taxi company, has continued
investing in technology and innovation. The recent move to sign with MTData will see call centre
technology upgraded and installation of 7” colour touch screens into each of Yellow’s 1250 strong
fleet. The new dispatch solution will bring many additional benefits to drivers and customers alike,
including nationwide coverage on the Telstra NextG network, more efficient dispatch algorithms to
ensure customers are picked up on time and easier ways for the travelling public to book taxis. With
satellite navigation software integrated with in-vehicle software, drivers will find pickup locations
faster and take more efficient routes saving time &money. The fitment of a portable hand set in
each Yellow Cab also affords drivers greater freedom within their shift. Allowing them to accept jobs,
raise alarms & monitor queue position outside the vehicle. The new system is scheduled to go live in
May 2010.
